Caring and helpful people.

Really nice overall experience. Nice little and homey accommodation with a very good service in the middle of Inverness. Decent location old in nature, easy to get anywhere. Near to hiking or walking, the dining and bar areas, and a wayside pub.  

Clean place & exceptional staff in her customer service. Location - great and decent, close enough to park, and the Old North Inn for 1 night during a trip around Scotland. A good choice of appetising options for meal.  

Everything was very comfortable, had a very enjoyable stay for a night at the start of our NC500 trip. The restaurant was popular with nice staff here, we had excellent dishes.

Comfortable beds, a hair dryer and a kettle in the room. Plenty of options, good food. Decent location in Inverness, caring and very amiable staff in her customer service.

Single room with a continental buffet with hot drinks, a new bathroom, for example. Excellent service throughout our stay. Carbonated soft drinks and cocktails in the cocktail bar, free parking place.  

I think the hotel was quiet little and comfortable, would stay here again. Everything was perfectly fine and loved my stay there. The location couldn't be more handy even in the public areas. What's more, it was next to a taxi to the Castle, 

It's spotlessly clean with a remote location to a supermarket.

The location was handy, in the middle of the city. The staff was attentive, very amiable all the time.

The room was a little tired, made me a little nervous.

The location is particularly good, just next door to a restaurant on the premises, the restaurant and bar areas, and good attractions, you cannot beat it. Also, it's 2 km from Moniack Castle.

We appreciated pet-friendly and lovely modern room with zero sound proofing. The food was reasonably priced and great. It was near the resteraunt as well as a restaurant on the premises, absolutely perfect and magnificent location overall.

Beds were too soft.

Units with breakfast included. Particularly good and unbeatable location - 10 minutes walk from bus station. Thoroughly enjoyed really quiet area.

Reasonably clean hotel with an ideal location and helpful staff. The a double room with music and free breakfast, as example. Soft drinks and cocktails in the bar...

The restaurant was very nice with nice staff, we ordered simple dishes. Convenient location - a short walk to everywhere we needed.
